We aim to present each piece — colour, materials, and detail — as faithfully as possible, but cannot guarantee that your screen renders colour exactly. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may correct errors, and may limit or decline quantities purchased.

4. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify and its payment processors; your purchase is also subject to their terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or placed in error, and to refund accordingly.

5. Shipping, returns & exchanges

Delivery, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The name Nobelle, the emblem, the site, and all text, imagery, and design are owned by Nobelle, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
